It's been a long day. You're tired, it's late. All you want to do is climb into your comfortable bed and go to sleep.

Before you do, muster up your last bit of energy to do a quick cleansing of your face. Nightly cleansing can go a long way toward creating healthy-looking skin.

And if you don't wear makeup, it doesn't mean you're off the hook. Excess oil, sweat, and dirt still needs to be cleansed away.

Besides, you should be applying your topical acne treatments before bed, right? If you aren't taking time to cleanse your face, chances are you're forgetting to apply your acne medications too.

So, no matter how tired you are, make it a point to spend a few minutes on your skin. The results are well worth it.
