November is National Healthy Skin Month. Take a few minutes to do something nice for your skin. Some ideas:
- Pamper your skin with a facial. You can either have one done by an esthetician at a local day spa or give yourself a facial at home.
- Get skin care products your skin loves. Is the cleanser you're using too drying? Is the moisturizer too oily? You may be aggravating your skin and making acne worse.
