OK, ladies, how much do we hate those breakouts? It can seem like no matter what we do, they are always there, stubbornly hanging around.

I don't know if this will make you feel any better, but acne is super common in adult women. The acne that adult women tend to experience is low-level, inflammatory breakouts, often concentrated around the lower cheeks, jawline, chin and neck.

And those OTC products that were your go-to treatments as a kid probably won't be as effective now. But there are plenty of things you can do to treat those stubborn adult breakouts.
