Ready for the new year? I am. And I have a few new ideas for the site that I just couldn't wait until January to implement.

One of these is the monthly review. At the end of each month, I'll be posting a list of all the new articles I've published for the month. It will make it so much easier for you to find all the fresh, new info on the site. (I also post all the new articles in my weekly newsletter, so you can get them sent right to your inbox too.)

Here's what's new this month:

What To Expect From Your Benzoyl Peroxide Treatment -- Benzoyl peroxide is found in plenty of OTC acne treatments (and prescription ones too.) Before you start using your treatment, know what to expect. Here's a week-by-week breakdown of what to expect when using benzoyl peroxide.

What to Expect From Your Retin-A Treatment -- Retin-A is another common acne medication that many people give up on too soon, usually because they're unsure if the side effects they're experiencing are normal. Want to know? This piece breaks it all down for you.

Is There a Difference Between Generic Drugs and Name Brand Medications? -- Maybe you aren't using Retin-A, but a generic version. Or you've wondered if paying more for the "name brand" medication is worth it. Find out what the real differences are between generic and branded drugs (hint: it's not just the price.)

Product Review: Clean and Clear Blackhead Eraser -- And how could we not have a product review in the mix? This OTC medicated scrub is bargain-priced (perfect if you're trying to get your budget back on track after Christmas) and is the perfect unisex scrub. Is it a good fit for you?
