Some experts tell you diet has nothing to do with acne; others believe what you eat affects acne quite a lot.

Why the debate? Because both sides are probably correct, depending on the person and the situation.

Certain foods have been linked to an increase in acne severity. Other foods that have long been blamed for causing acne have been let off the hook (chocoholics will be especially grateful!) Find out which foods have been linked to acne and which foods have no affect.

I believe what we eat affects acne quite a lot. Some foods really aggravate acne and we should avoid it. Taking plenty of vegetables, fruits and drinking water instead of sodas can make a big difference in getting rid of acne.
