Yaz, an oral contraceptive pill, has been approved by the FDA to treat both PMDD and moderate acne. Not bad for a birth control pill, right?
Except that Bayer, Yaz's maker, was accused of marketing their product as a treatment for PMS (for which it is not approved). The ads also didn't make it clear that Yaz cannot treat all forms of acne.

They also must allocate $20 million dollars in marketing to undue any misinformation stemming from the earlier ads.
